How much advance notice is required?
We require 24 hours of notice for catering orders. For large events or holiday dates, we recommend reaching out earlier so we can hold your slot.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions (gluten-free, vegan, allergies)?
We do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions whenever possible. Please call us directly before ordering so we can talk through your specific needs.
Do you require a minimum order amount?
There is no minimum order amount to place a catering order. However, delivery orders have a $100 food & beverage minimum, and a $15 minimum applies to standard delivery on the Momentum site.
Do you provide plates, napkins and cutlery?
It depends on the package. Several breakfast and beverage packages include cups, lids, stirrers, napkins, plates, creamers and sugars — the item descriptions say which. For anything not listed, call us and we'll sort it out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes should be made no later than 6 business hours before event time, and we may not be able to accommodate every request. Cancellations within 24 hours of event time carry a 25% fee.
How far do you deliver?
We deliver across Chicago from our three locations. The delivery fee starts at $30 and depends on distance and order size — we'll confirm the exact fee with your quote.
